However, due to the nature of digital products, and to avoid scammers that buy our products and ask for a refund within the same day, you are NOT eligible for a refund if you ask for a refund on the same day as your purchase. Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our products and to prevent potential misuse.

To be eligible for a refund, we ask that customers provide constructive feedback explaining what specifically didn't meet their expectations. By doing so, not only do you help us grow, but you also stand a chance to see your suggestions come to life in our future releases.

Reasons such as "This doesn't apply to me", "This wasn't what I expected", "This wasn't what I was looking for", or asking for a refund just because we have a guarantee are not valid grounds for a refund.
